The 4 Bedrooms upstairs

Upstairs the high-end comfort and furnishing of the four bedrooms will contribute to your unwinding and relaxation. First, though, you may want to start with a soak in the spa !

In the bedrooms the original wooden beams frame is still exposed.

-      The bedroom “COTE BOIS” Woodlands Side is accessed to through the mezzanine. This bedroom offers the broadest view onto the landscape and the surrounding woodlands.

Before going to bed, you’ll enjoy lying on the deep cushions of the mezzanine that is accessed by the big staircase.

The 18^th century wooden frame became bookshelves and hold a book collection suitable for young and adults : fairy tales and stories,  novels,  adventure novels, comic strips, travel books, history…

You’ll find writers from XVIth c. to XXIth c. ; for example Marcel PROUST who came very often in ILLIERS COMBRAY 12 km away ; visit the house and the garden  during your stay !

A four steps staircase leads to a second level where the other bedrooms are.

• The bedroom “COTE ZEN” Zen Side has 2 windows overlooking the zen garden and the labyrinth (those are located outside at the entrance of the well being room where are the spa, the rower and the treadmill).
• The bedroom “TRAVERSINS” Bolsters has exposed wooden beams that contrast with the coral colored wall fabric.
• It’s a suite with the forth bedroom “COUSSINS” Cushions, white and blue.

The bedrooms Cote Zen, Cote Bois and Traversins of the suite can sleep 2 guests each in double beds 1.6m * 2m.

The other part of the suite, the bedroom “Coussins” (Cushions) has twin beds 0.9m * 2m.

All the bedrooms have the same high quality and anti dust-mite beddings 

A bathroom with toilets serves the two bedrooms of the suite Bolsters and Cushions. The suite is ideal for a family with children but can be just as well for a family of friends. Another bathroom serves the bedrooms Woodlands  Side and Zen Side.
