FOR 13 GUESTS A WEEK-END, A WEEK OR JUST ANY TIME AWAY.
2 CONTIGUOUS ROOMS OVER 2 LEVELS IN A 18TH CENTURY DWELLING :
The living room and dining room are 2 different spaces opened to one another and arranged over 2 levels. Two steps level separate those 2 spacious rooms.
The house is a very old one with thick cob walls, beautiful 18th century wooden beams, 2 chimneys with one still holding a bread oven, typical of the Chartres's countryside !
IN THE LIVING ROOM :
You'll enjoy the comfortable furniture :
- 2 three leather sitter couches
- 3 armchairs
- 3 stouls
- a dresser for cups, saucers, teapots and tea
- A typical XIXth century cupboard where are : flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD player, Blue Tooth Sony Home audio system and Games
IN THE DINING ROOM :
You'll be able to set up either a reception table to the appropriate size in order to celebrate the event tou are gathering for, either simply share a quick diner before leaving to visit Chartres by lights or swimming outside !
For you and your tribe, iwi, friends :
- Big oak table suitable for 14 people
- 14 oak chairs
- Oak cupboard that stores all the dishes, bowls, cutlery, mugs needed for 14 people.
If you wish, we may provide napkins for casual table and matching embroidered tablecloths and napkings for special events !
